Topic: Thanking God for Family and Friends
Introduction
Family and friends are some of the greatest gifts God gives us. They support us encourage us and walk with us through different seasons of life. Even when relationships are not perfect God uses the people around us to show His love and care. A thankful heart recognizes that every meaningful relationship is a blessing from God. When we thank Him for the people in our lives we honour Him and strengthen our relationships with others.

“Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above and comes down from the Father of lights.” James 1:17 NKJV
Four Vital Points
1. God Places People in Our Lives for a Purpose : Family and friends are not accidents. God connects us with people who help us grow learn and experience love.
“Two are better than one because they have a good reward for their labor.” Ecclesiastes 4:9
2. Relationships Reflect God’s Love : The love we receive from others is a picture of God’s love for us. He uses people to comfort strengthen and encourage us.
“A friend loves at all times.” Proverbs 17:17
3. Gratitude Strengthens Our Relationships : When we thank God for people we also learn to appreciate them more. Gratitude helps us value others and treat them with kindness.
“Be kindly affectionate to one another with brotherly love.” Romans 12:10
4. God Uses Us to Bless Others : Just as others bless us God wants us to be a blessing to them. Our words actions and prayers can strengthen the people He has placed in our lives.
“Therefore comfort each other and edify one another.”1 Thessalonians 5:11
Prayer : Lord Jesus thank You for the gift of family and friends. Thank You for the people who love support and encourage me. Help me appreciate them more and show Your love to them. Strengthen every relationship in my life and use me to be a blessing to others. Amen.
Declaration : Today I thank God for family and friends. My heart is grateful for the people He has placed in my life. I choose to love appreciate and encourage them as God strengthens our relationships.
