Topic: Serving Without Expecting Reward
Introduction
True love is revealed through service. Jesus taught us that serving others is not about recognition, applause, or personal gain; it is about reflecting His heart. When we serve without expecting anything in return, we honor God and demonstrate genuine humility. Serving becomes worship when our motive is love, not reward. God sees every act of kindness, even when no one else does, and He promises that nothing done for Him is ever wasted..

Four Vital Points
1. Jesus Is Our Example of Selfless Service
Jesus served with humility even though He was Lord of all.
“For even the Son of Man did not come to be served but to serve and to give His life a ransom for many.” Mark 10:45
2. Serving Others Is Serving God
Every act of kindness done for others is seen by God as done unto Him.

We may not receive appreciation from people, but God never forgets our labor of love.
“For God is not unjust to forget your work and labor of love which you have shown toward His name in that you have ministered to the saints and do minister.” Hebrews 6:10

Serving without seeking recognition keeps our hearts pure and our motives aligned with God’s will.
“Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord and He will lift you up.”

Prayer
Lord Jesus, teach me to serve with a pure heart. Help me give love, time, and kindness without seeking recognition or reward. Let my service reflect Your humility and compassion. Strengthen me to serve faithfully, knowing that You see every act done in Your name. Amen.
Declaration
Today I serve with humility. My actions honor God my motives are pure and my reward comes from the Lord alone.
